we've dismantled some great old wine barrels, sanded off a little of the grime, and left a lot of the character (markings from straping, discoloration from the wine,etc...)!
these crazy little surfboards are a great conversation piece. they are all made from recycled wood and then painted in both classic surf styles and modern graphic styles. we cut them to size, drill a hole for the neck of the wine bottle, and cut the bottom to just the right angle. then...magic! it will balance a bottle of wine in the air (full bottles only).
